A perfect match to created insomnia tired.
So now.....hoooaaaahh..... i am so sleepy.
A few days, i have disorder to get sleepy normally. Well, actually i lost normal bed time since four years ago. It was better two years ago when i was at Solo. I slept at 9 o'clock everyday.hehehehhee
Nowadays, insomnia attacking me again and i think it get worst than before. Usually, i got sleep at 11 pm or 11.30 pm. But lately, i sleep more than it. Now, i sleep at least 12 o'clock but yesterday i slept at 03.30 am.
So this morning i am so sleepy........so sleepy. And it is more a week
Based on Sinar Harapan article, it been told that insomnia is a sleep disorder with a symptom such as tired for a day and more than 10 days having sleeping hard. It also make the patient awake in the midnight and can't sleep again. Mostly, they wake up early than usually and can't sleep again.
There are three kind of insomnia which is hard to sleep or sleep onset insomnia, always wake in the midnight or it called sleep maintenance insomnia, and last is early awakening insomnia. There is many people who have this sleep disorder.
A research said in United States of America, has 15 percent of population got this serious insomnia. But insomnia is not a serious disorder if we have it least than 10 days.
To solve this, we can use some relaxasi tehnique dan personnal programming. It is important that we can keep in balance the brain frequency. The purpose is to make brain in a relax condition and meditatif . So when we sleep, we don't have disorder to sleep.
Hm...this is a short article and there is no simple way out which it can practises. Hoah....i am so sleepy now.
It getting worst when my job gave me more pressure and challenges. For three days i work without a rest, i ate late and i drank coffee and i love chatting.
